Monday Moves

An online Movement Medicine session to keep the Body, the Spirit and Soul alive and in community. Inspired by the work of Gabriel Roth.

We start at 7pm, please arrive just before. The space is open from 6.50pm.

We will have an opening circle, dance for about 50 mins together in our homes, then a closing circle. I'll provide the playlist. You provide your presence. The session can be whatever your body needs it to be. May the movement be a medicine to your being. I look forward to dancing with you all soon.

Set your computer/phone up so you can be uninterrupted for the duration of the workshop. And have space to dance.
