Embodied Archetype Workshop - WINTER WISDOM

A really lovely introduction to my work with the Embodied Archetypes and a empowering workshop to help you navigate the winter in harmony with our deepest wisdom. 

How do you stay present in the soup kitchen of family dinners amidst the flurry of Christmas expectations that may no longer be true to your source. How do we keep focus and clarity as the new year approaches, honouring all we have achieved and acknowledging all we have or haven’t done, without judgement or blame or self flagellation?

This workshop will call in the wisdom of the Crone, Queen/King and Lover. Integrating them in a way that reclaims the simplicity of our deepest intuition. They will help us balance what is playing out in our lives, to guide us through a harmonious and nourishing winter. This workshop will reach into the wisdom of our bones, the deep known truth that sits in us all. It will be a platform to set intentions, honour all that has been and welcome in what we may wish to give birth to in 2025.

The major themes are Wisdom, Stillness, Love, Reflection, Balance and Integration. Honouring the year, honouring the cycles. Letting go of what has happened and what hasn’t happen. Reassessing what it is we wish to release and what is still present and true for us. Maybe even resetting our goals for the year to come. We will draw on the sensual, emotional world of the Lover, the clear visioning, benevolent leadership and sovereignty of the Queen/King and the wisdom, perspective, ancestral connection and humour of the Crone/Sage. We will focus more deeply on the positive poles of these three Archetypes and we will begin with the Lover.

Who is it for?

If you are reading this, then it is probably for You. The workshop is open to people of all genders and is trans-inclusive.  The work may be therapeutic but it is not therapy. It does not involved any plant medicines.

PREP

You don't need to prepare anything. The workshop is limited 12 participants. Wear something you can move in, bring a water bottle,  a cup, a pad or notebook and pen/pencils.

There will be a 30min break. Tea and a few simple snacks will be provided. Please bring your own "lunch" if you will need to eat more substantially in the break.
