Embodied Archetype Workshop - Queen & King

Queen/King energy in its fullness brings both compassion, kindness, benevolence, balance, fairness, order and love together with clean boundary-making, wise decision-making, sharp and incisive use of words and brilliant leadership. This is what the world needs. The Queen/King is radical in their simplicity. Detached from drama, looking with an open heart and a kind eye, but with a deep sense of their own sovereignty, they knows their boundaries and honours them with ease. This workshop will guide you to awaken you inner Queen/Kind and learn, with great care, how the shadow side of the Queen and King may be playing out in your life and how to turn that around.

CONTENT - The workshop will include guided vocal and physical warm ups, group work, movement, free dance, sharing circles, singing, guided visualisations, Journeying with the shadow and light pole of the archetype and embodying them with breath, body and voice. You will have time for writing responses and time to share and reflect in confidence with a circle of supportive beings.These are empowering, beautiful events full of courage and play; suffused with ritual, healing and ceremony in celebration of the divine feminine experience. It is a space to dive into your fullness as a womxn or mxn and be all you are without judgement or comparison.

WHO IS IT FOR? - If you are reading this, then it is probably for You. The workshops open to people of all genders. We meet in confidence to journey together in sacred circle.

PREP:

1. Wear something you feel beautiful in and can move in.
2. Bring a water bottle, pad or notebook and pen/pencils.
3. Bring food for lunch. We will break for an hour.
