Embodied Archetype Workshop - Mother & Inner Child

An online guided journey exploring Archetypal Mother energy to cultivate Calm, call in Power and nurture your Inner Child. We look at the nurturing and grounding aspect of the Mother Archetype. There is no specific shadow journeying in this workshop but your inner child may reveal some previously unexpressed emotion  & this workshop can be triggering if the inner child has not been given much attention lately. This is for those needing a deep and restorative session, for those wishing to ground, empower and shine a light on your deeper intuition and for those wishing to learn techniques to comfort their inner child. You will learn techniques to cultivate calm, call in your Power, nurture the Inner Child and learn how to mother yourself when the little one is out of balance, in terror or fear or simply feeling lost.
