Embodied Archetype Workshop - LOVER

Join Lewis on this creative workshop to release the raw energy of your LOVER through visualisations, movement, dance, sounding and singing. This intimate and tender workshop invites you to feel more connected, enthusiastic, compassionate, deeply creative, empathic and energised about your life, body, goals and your work. Celebrate your valentines with a soulful community of concious womxn.

This workshop may help you:

• Heal the wounds around sexuality and the body
• Build confidence
• Accept yourself and your body
• Focus on what is present and not what is absent
• Find freedom in your body
• Keep the lover energy alive as you become a mother.

WHO IS IT FOR? - If you are reading this, then it is probably for You. The workshop aimed at womxn, AFAB, female-identified and non-binary peoples and is trans-inclusive. 

PREP:

1. Wear something you feel beautiful in and can move in.
2. Bring a water bottle, pad or notebook and pen/pencils.
3. Clear a space in your home where you can move freely and not be interrupted.
4. If you live with other people, Let them know that you may be making sounds, playing music, dancing and singing and not to interrupt our sacred circle.
5. Have tissues to hand and light a candle if you have one in your home.

Online fatigue

3hrs on line is an ask, but we can do it and make it magical and nourishing. In past experience it flies by in no time. We will have a very quick break for a pee/cuppa tea refill half way through.
