Awaken your creative expression in a playful and powerful workshop exploring the Creatrix archetype. Dance, paint, sing, move, sculpt, write, create and learn how to liberate your creative energy. Suitable for all genders. You don't need to be an “artist" to attend. All you need is a willingness to play, learn and show up in your authenticity. The workshop will explore the blocks that can get in the way of creative expression and we will meet and re-employ the inner critic/judge/saboteur to be of service to your creative expression and well-being.

The Creatrix/Creator is deeply connected to the mysteries of life and is passionately connected to the source of all things. A dreamer, a maker, a creator. The one who give birth to their dreams, who gives space, patience and encouragement to their desires and is able to support and nurture the dreams of others. The Creatrix is fully connected to all things; wildly courageous, rich with intuitive wisdom and emboldened with the strength to walk their own path even if it be a journey into the unknown.

PREP

You don't need to prepare anything. The workshop is limited to 10 participants. Wear something you can move in and don’t mind getting dirty.

WHAT TO BRING

• A water bottle FULL of water as the venue is often closed on Sundays for drinking water
• A Journal or notebook
• A Pen or pencils, colouring pencils, crayons (if you have loads & are willing to share please do)
• Food for a snack
• Your cup for hot drinks ( a kettle will be available with a limited selection of teas)
• Special milk if you want it in tea
• Small water soluble paints, brushes
• No oil paints of pastels please.
