An Introduction to dancing Blues - Part II. For those who attended part I or for those with some blues dance experience.

• Please sign up as a lead/follow/switch. No partner required. We will swap partners throughout the workshop.

• Bring your full water bottle.

• Please bring a 2nd pair of clean indoor dancing shoes and leave your outside shoes in the shoe rack.

• We will explore foundational aspects of partner dancing, focusing on technique, flow, authenticity, feeling, connection, aspects of pure movement and learn some moves. The approach I take to teaching Blues is about exploring and connecting to the feeling, the impulse behind the movement, your breathe, bringing all of yourself to the dance and the inter-relatedness with your partner.
