About the Event
An Introduction to dancing Blues - Part II. For those who attended part I or for those with some blues dance experience.
Please sign up as a lead, follower or switch.
Bring your full water bottle.
Please bring a 2nd pair of clean indoor dancing shoes & leave your outside shoes in the shoe rack. You can also dance barefoot.
We will explore foundational aspects of partner dancing, weight transference, making clear leadership decisions, focusing on technique, flow, authenticity, feeling, connection, aspects of pure movement and for the followers heightening our listening.
